• A small item for our community altar (flower, crystal, photo, or offering of gratitude)

🍵 After our journey, we’ll share warm seasonal tea together, creating space to ground, connect, and reflect. 

 What happens during a sound healing? 

The use of therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments are used to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.

How do you feel after sound healing? 

Balancing and clearing the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Deep relaxation is the most universal benefits of sound therapy.
