Step into a candlelit sanctuary this season and let the soothing waves of Reiki and sound guide you into balance, rest, and renewal.

This intimate gathering is designed to help you release what no longer serves and receive the harvest of your heart’s intentions.

🌙 What to Bring:

• A blanket & pillow for comfort

• A journal & pen

• A small item for our community altar (flower, crystal, photo, or offering of gratitude)

🍵 After our journey, we’ll share warm seasonal tea together, creating space to ground, connect, and reflect. 

 What happens during a sound healing? 

The use of therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments are used to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.

How do you feel after sound healing? 

Balancing and clearing the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Deep relaxation is the most universal benefits of sound therapy.

• Water as you need to remain hydrated 
• Any item to be charged or cleansed (crystals, cards etc.)
• Anything you may need to keep you comfy on floor
