Family Constellation: Wednesday, Sept 18th
Sometimes, we unconsciously go through life repeating patterns or reenacting traumatic events that took place in another generation. Sometimes, we find ourselves doing things we don’t want to do, and not doing the things we set out to do. Sometimes, we suffer from anxiety, depression, addictions, physical or mental illness, failed relationships, aloneness, obsessive thoughts, financial failure, etc. These unresolved issues and hidden dynamics can prevent us from living a full life; a life free of entanglements, pain, discomfort, and struggles. Family Constellation work is designed to help you bring to light such entanglements.
How it works: A client decides to work on an issue, and members of the group are chosen to represent actual family members and positioned in the room. With the representatives’ help, hidden dynamics and loyalties are revealed. Seeing the root for physical and emotional suffering may promote a deeper healing, a healing beneath the rational mind. When healing at the soul level is achieved, a greater sense of peace and belonging is restored leading to an improved vibrant life.

Sonya is a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Facilitator of Family Soul Constellations, Pranayama Breath Work and a Life, Spiritual, Results and Intuitive Coach. She is certified as a Trainer and Coach by Transform Destiny and the Christopher Howard Institute. Some of her Certifications include Hypnosis, NLP, Time Techniques, EFT, Pranayama Breathwork, Access Bars, Family Constellations, and an array of Intuitive Development Courses. Some of her teachers and mentors include Berth Hellinger, Stephan Housner, Francesca Mason Boring, Mark Wolynn, Michael Stevenson, Chris Howard, Clinton Swaine, Michael Brian Baker and many more. Sonya’s accomplishments include working with marriage counselors, family therapists and South American Shamans. She has the ability to work with people of all lifestyles, has high integrity, intuitiveness and a genuine dedication & commitment to achieve the client’s desired outcomes. She believes in helping others discover their individual healing qualities so they can achieve a greater sense of peace, strength, tranquility and dignity at the soul level. Sonya was raised in the U.S. and Mexico, speaks fluent Spanish and English and continues her journey to acquire better health and inner peace.
