Reiki Sound Bath & Chakra Balancing: Friday, July 26th

Come experience the healing energy of Usui Reiki and Sound Bath.  Reiki Master Rose will be guiding everyone through a meditation along with playing a variety of sound healing instruments.
You will be receiving healing from Reiki practitioners to bring balance to your body and transmute any energies that no longer serve you. The sound bath will release any stagnant energy remaining. 

 What happens during a sound healing? 

The use of therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments are used to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.

How do you feel after sound healing? 

Balancing and clearing the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Deep relaxation is the most universal benefits of sound therapy.

What do you bring to a Reiki Sound Bath?

• Yoga mat
• Blanket & pillow 
• Water as you need to remain hydrated 
• Any item to be charged or cleansed (crystals, cards etc.)
• Anything you may need to keep you comfy on floor 

Please make sure to drink plenty of water before.
